Don Kirkpatrick's Contribution to Our Profession

About This Article:

Don Kirkpatrick is best known as the creator of the four levels of training evaluation (reaction, learning, behavior, and results), which are used by virtually all L&D professionals around the world. Though his work is widely known and used, perspectives on its impact vary.  What impact is Kirkpatrick's work having on our profession today?  Join us and share your thoughts, perspectives, and experiences.

Our discussion will be centered around a recent article in CLO Magazine:  Don Kirkpatrick's Contribution to Our Profession.  The session will be facilitated by the South Bay Special Division Team.

Our Session Format:

The Text Study RoundTable is an exciting new practice in real-time participatory democracy. We will spend a few minutes reading a selected article from leading publications on cutting edge ideas in our field.  We will then hear participants' thoughts and experiences on the topic, time divided equally among all present. Come explore with us!

The GEMS Text Study RoundTable format is provided by Sue Gabriele, President and Owner, Gabriele Educational Materials and Systems.
