Come hear Dr. Steven L. Phillips share his successes and breakthroughs working with senior executive teams. Steve loves to create dialogue about the realities of organizational development at the top. What should you always do? What should you never do? What creates unexpected breakthroughs? Learn from all of our experiences and find the commonalities in the room for what seems to generate extraordinary (almost magical) results. Also, come prepared because Steve will be happy to address any of your tough senior executive or senior team issues - like how to sell to the top, where and when to compromise, where not to compromise, how to deal with controlling, absentee, or impatient leaders. Steve is well known for his expertise in working with senior teams and always brings to his presentation a high level of content, humor and a genuine concern for people at work.

Steven L. Phillips, Ph.D. is well known for his senior team consulting focusing on off-sites that get results, strategic planning, and executive leadership. Dr. Phillips has worked with companies such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Viacom, Mattel, Boeing and many others. Steve also has extensive experience as a Senior Executive. For many years he served as a SVP Chief Talent Officer for a privately held 1B company with 10,000 employees where he implemented a full suite of human capital management programs designed to ensure a highly skilled and productive workforce. Dr. Phillips sits on several company boards, is past president of ASTD, and the Entrepreneurs Organization, and has several publications on teams and large scale change. His next book on senior team off-sites is due out next year.
