Presented by Sharí Alexander

Learn why being influential depends a lot on Emotional Intelligence. During the 60-minute webinar you will learn influence techniques to increase your ability to:

  • Bring value to any organization or L&D effort
  • Guide people toward desired L&D outcomes
  • Influence decision makers to build value and grow your bottom line

Shari has researched law enforcement officials, profilers, and con artists to understand how influence works. Based on her insights, we’ll discuss what it takes to become a Masterful Communicator - one who is highly receptive and “tuned in” to others – while adapting and keeping their ego out of the way.

What if you had the same sales skills as a CIA agent who is attaining an asset? What if you knew how to create instant rapport and had the charisma of a successful conman? What if you could motivate a group with the same persuasive power as the most successful trial attorneys?

After intense study, research, and interviews, Sharí Alexander has learned the secrets of becoming a masterful communicator. She has distilled the influential processes used by the world's best influencers into easy-to-implement techniques for business professionals.

Sharí Alexander reveals a radical paradigm shift that will forever change the way you see everyday conversations and high-pressure meetings. She unveils the hidden levels of every conversation, teaches you to hone your skills of observation and practically read the minds of the people around you.

Everyone has these resources available to them, they just don’t know how to use them … yet.

It isn’t a magic trick. It’s not voodoo. Sharí’s program has been developed after a decade’s worth of research and training. Learn what master communicators know in this eye-opening and engaging program.

About the Presenter:

Sharí is a self-proclaimed influence junkie. She has built her career as a speaker, writer, trainer and coach by revealing secrets of enhanced communication techniques.

Sharí was always curious as to why knowledge of influence was well-known in certain – let’s say – clandestine circles and not widely understood in the business world. She made it her mission to discover the influential techniques used by masterful communicators and translate them to practical and strategic use in modern business. She has since personally interviewed and researched CIA agents, undercover law enforcement, con-artists, human intelligence officers, interrogators, trial attorneys, and many other individuals who are highly skilled at influencing people during critical moments. Sharí has designed numerous communication training courses and speeches that cover these enlightening areas of enhanced communication, along with self-study programs.

Sharí is certified in neurolinguistic programing (NLP), microexpressions, and body language. Her clients include Fortune 100 companies, CEOs, politicians, an NFL player, an Emmy Award® Winning executive, an ESPN announcer, a reality TV star, and New York Times Bestselling authors. Sharí is also a regular contributor to Entrepreneur.com and guest lecturer at USC.
