Let's Retreat and Debrief 2013

What Will You Start, Stop, & Keep in 2014?

As training and development professionals we are accustomed to helping employees and clients learn how to debrief to uncover best practices and make a plan for moving forward.

Are we using debrief in the same way to manage our own careers?  As we face constant change in today’s business environment it’s imperative to take time to debrief.  In this session you’ll have the opportunity to get started assessing aspects of 2013 to make an action plan for what to Start, Stop and Keep in 2014.
