Putting the Power of Assessment Tools to Work by Shannon Larremore
People development is crucial to any company's success. In today’s economic climate it is imperative to develop existing talent with a focus on business objectives and growth opportunities. There is an abundance of development assessment tools available focusing on helping people reach their optimal performance.
You are cordially invited to join us for the upcoming session when Shannon Larremore, certified MBTI practitioner, will lead the session exploring two assessment tools, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument™ (TKI).
During this session we will discuss how these tools are used for:
