The Competency Games is about understanding the nature and application of business competencies in today’s dynamic work environments.

Internal or external you will take away specific behavioral definitions and deepened knowledge of typical business competencies. You’ll receive your own set of the best-selling What Really Matters® Competency Cards that you'll use in three illuminating games (i.e. exercise scenarios). This tool will add to your knowledge and skill and can be used directly in internal and external consulting roles to:

Identify critical competencies for interviewing/hiring, performance management, and for personal or employee development.
Identify company, managerial, or leadership competencies and associated expectations or developmental needs

Join Sue Sorensen, a long-standing ASTD-LA member, MS^ed, CPLP, SPHR and Director of T&D for KB Home, a top ten home-builder. Sue is also executive director of SSA Training, Inc., the exclusive source for What Really Matters® training materials and services.

Directions: Close access to 5 & 134 freeways. Near Bob Hope Airport (Burbank Airport). Across the street from Fry’s Electronics. Cross-streets are Hollywood Way and Vanowen with the main entrance on Vanowen.

Parking: Free! Park in front of the building, use spaces nearest Vanowen street.
Security: Visitor sign-in required at Security Guard Station in Lobby.
