The aim of this six-month program is to match seasoned members who are ready, willing, and able to provide support and advice to chapter members, (mentees) who are:

• Looking to develop or enhance a skill set
• Willing to take action and break paradigms
• In search of advice in a certain business discipline or area
• Seeking professional development support

All participants must be an ASTD-LA chapter member and in good standing throughout the entire cycle of the program.
