My name is Rob Major. I am a PhD student at Alliant International University in San Diego, California. I am currently conducting my dissertation research on peer reporting behavior in organizations and am recruiting participants with a human resources and/or industrial psychology background. The requirements for participation are that you have a Master's degree or higher and 3+ years of work experience. The estimated time for completion is 30 minutes.
