Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations develop talent, design learning experiences, and measure workforce capability. Yet many Learning & Development leaders are still experimenting with isolated AI tools rather than understanding how AI agents can fundamentally reshape learning systems. This interactive workshop provides L&D and talent development professionals with a practical look inside the emerging "AI-first enterprise"—where AI agents actively support content creation, coaching, learning journeys, and performance analytics.
In this session, we will explore how agentic AI systems are beginning to augment the work of L&D teams by generating learning content, facilitating simulations and role-plays, managing learning journeys, and analyzing program impact in real time. Rather than focusing only on theory, the workshop introduces practical examples and live demonstrations showing how AI agents can be used across the talent development lifecycle—from instructional design and coaching to analytics and governance.
The workshop is an interactive learning experience. We will work through a structured journey that includes a reality check on why traditional training approaches often fail to sustain behavior change, exploration of real enterprise AI use cases in L&D, and guided exercises where you’ll begin designing your own AI-supported learning journey.
During the workshop, you will:
- Examine why many traditional training programs struggle to drive measurable impact
- Explore how AI agents can support learning design, coaching, and reinforcement
- Review real-world AI use cases in talent development and leadership development
- Participate in a guided AI sandbox activity to design an AI-enabled learning journey
- Discuss governance, guardrails, and responsible adoption of AI in L&D
- Identify new capabilities and roles L&D professionals must develop to work effectively with AI agents
You’ll also gain insight into how AI systems can support:
- AI-generated learning modules and role-based learning content
- Interactive simulations and AI roleplays for practice
- Personalized learning journeys for employees
- Real-time learning analytics and program ROI measurement
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a pilot-ready blueprint for experimenting with AI agents in your own organizations and a deeper understanding of how L&D teams can evolve to support AI-enabled workplaces.
You will walk away from this workshop with the ability to:
- Explain the concept of an AI-first enterprise and its implications for learning and talent development
- Identify practical AI agent use cases within the L&D function
- Design an initial AI-enabled learning journey or program concept
- Evaluate the potential ROI and business impact of AI in learning programs
- Apply principles of AI governance and responsible implementation in talent development
- Define the new capabilities L&D professionals must build to work effectively with AI tools and agents
This session will help learning leaders move beyond experimentation and begin designing AI-enabled talent development strategies that drive measurable organizational impact.
BONUSES you will receive:
- Digital Badge for Linkedin profile
- Complimentary pilot sandbox for your team to onboard and experience AI simulators
